현대차 정몽구 재단, H-온드림 스타트업 그라운드 ‘임팩트데이’ 개최

현대차 정몽구 재단과 현대자동차그룹이 주최하고, 고용노동부와 한국사회적기업진흥원이 후원하는 ‘H-온드림 스타트업 그라운드’가 지난 27일 명동에 위치한 커뮤니티하우스 마실에서 2021년 새롭게 선정된 ‘H-온드림 A’ 펠로들을 축하하기 위한 ‘임팩트데이’를 개최했다.

 

이형근 현대차 정몽구 재단 부이사장, 이병훈 현대차그룹 상무, 윤종태 한국사회적기업진흥원 본부장 등 주요관계자와 임팩트 투자기업, 2021 H-온드림 A 펠로 기업 등 50여 명이 모인 가운데 개최된 이날 행사에는 H-온드림의 지난 성과와 나아갈 방향, 올 3월부터 진행된 모집과 심사를 거쳐 선발된 ‘H-온드림 A’ 창업팀(21개 팀)의 사업발표도 함께 진행됐다.

 

재단과 그룹은 2012년부터 지난 9년간 사회적기업 발굴 및 육성을 위해 고용노동부, 한국사회적기업진흥원과 함께 일자리 창출 및 우리나라 사회적기업 생태계를 확장하기 위해 협력해왔다.

 

올해로 10년차를 맞아 ‘H-온드림 사회적기업 창업오디션’에서 ‘H-온드림 스타트업 그라운드’로 새로운 이름을 내걸고, 기존 프로그램을 개편하고 확대했다. 기존에 지원했던 232개팀과, 새로이 H-온드림 A로 선발된 21개팀까지 총 253개팀이 H-온드림 펠로 자격을 가지게 됐다.
 
H-온드림 스타트업 그라운드는 △예비 창업을 앞두고 있거나 3년 미만의 스타트업을 대상으로 튼튼한 토대를 지원하는 ‘H-온드림 A(Adaptive incubating)’ △연매출 1억원 이상 스타트업의 성장 가속화를 돕는 ‘H-온드림 B(Business Acceleration)’ △현대차그룹과 오픈이노베이션을 통해 환경 문제를 해결하는 프로젝트 기반 프로그램 ‘H-온드림 C(Collective Environment Action)’ 등으로 구성된다.

 

이번에 선발된 ‘H-온드림 A’ 펠로기업은 하반기까지 △최대 4000만원 지원금 △창업지원과 육성 △재단, 그룹과의 자원연계 △임팩트 투자 기회를 제공할 예정이다. 또한, 펠로들을 위한 H:오피스아워(주제별 컨설팅), H:리더십(독서모임/세미나), H:클래스(온/오프라인 전문강좌) 등 다양한 지원 프로그램을 경험하게 된다.
