코넌코리아는 10월21일자 보도자료에서 “코넌코리아는 국내 빗썸에 상장 중인 코넌 코인의 리브랜딩 버전인 싸이콘(cycon)이 글로벌 거래소인 비트겟 (bitget.com)에 10월 23일(월)에 상장된다”고 밝혔다.
코넌코리아는 “싸이콘(CYCON)은 싸이월드의 도토리와 호환되어 싸이월드 내 모든 플랫폼 내에서 사용 가능하다. 최근 코넌코리아가 오픈한 탈중앙화 NFT거래소인 월드아트덱스포(dexpo.world)와 분산저장 솔루션 오션드라이브에 전용코인으로도 사용되며, 코넌의 다목적 전자지갑 메타콘(Metacon)에 탑재되어 있는 블록체인 게임인 드림시티(Dreams Come True/ DreamsCT)도 CYCON으로 참여할 수 있다”면서 “비트겟은 싱가포르에 본사를 둔 글로벌 암호화폐 거래소로 디지털 자산 파생상품 거래 서비스 플랫폼을 제공하며, 일본, 한국, 캐나다 등에 글로벌 지사를 두고 있다. 2021년 기준 누적 가입자가 100만 명에 달해 계약 거래량은 전 세계 5위 이내를 유지하고 있다. 타 거래소와 비교 시 월렛 관리가 철저해서 유저의 자산을 안전하게 보관, 관리하는 것으로 유명하다”고 전했다.
