[브레이크뉴스경기남부=용인 이귀선기자] 용인특례시(시장 이상일)는 ‘달빛어린이병원’을 지정해 운영을 시작한다.
11일 용인특례시에 따르면 달빛어린이병원은 소아 경증 환자가 평일 야간이나 토·일요일, 공휴일에도 응급실이 아닌 소아청소년과 외래 진료를 받을 수 있도록 시나 도가 지정하는 의료기관이다.
용인특례시 기흥구보건소는 기흥구 신갈동 강남병원(대표 정영진)을 달빛어린이병원으로 지정해 오는 9월 25일부터 2025년 9월24일까지 진료 시간을 연장하고 주 7일 연중무휴 운영키로 했다.
강남병원은 경기도 내 18개 달빛어린이병원 중 유일한 종합병원이다. 필요한 경우 다양한 분야의 진료 협업이 가능하다는 장점이 있다.
오는 25일부터 강남병원에선 평일 야간 18시~23시까지, 토·일요일이나 공휴일에는 오전 9시부터 오후 18까지(점심시간은 12:30~13:30) 외래 진료를 받을 수 있다.
처방 약 조제를 위해 기흥구보건소는 강남병원 인근의 강남플러스약국, 태평양약국과 셀메드주오약국(언남동) 등 3곳을 협약 약국으로 지정해 요일별로 당번 운영을 하도록 했다.
