브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 신입직 구직자들이 가장 취업하고 싶어하는 기업 1위에 ‘삼성전자’가 이름을 올렸다.
22일 잡코리아에 따르면 현재 하반기 대기업 취업을 준비 중인 남녀 대학생 및 신입직 구직자 1278명을 대상으로 ‘취업 선호 기업’ 조사를 실시한 결과, 응답률 43.9%로 삼성전자가 꼽혔다. 삼성전자는 지난해 동일 조사에서도 1위에 오른 바 있다.
삼성전자를 입사 선호 기업 1위로 뽑은 이유는 △연봉 수준이 높을 것 같아서(48.8%) △복지제도 및 근무환경이 좋을 것 같아서(47.1%) △우수한 직원들이 많아 보고 배울 점이 많을 것 같아서(19.6%) 등이었다.
신입직 구직자들이 취업하고 싶은 기업 2위는 ‘삼성바이오로직스(29.7%)’가 차지했다. 삼성바이오로직스를 선택한 이유는 ‘높은 연봉에 대한 기대감’(53.9%)과 ‘향후 성장 가능성’(52.9%)을 높이 평가했기 때문인 것으로 나타났다.
신입직 구직자들이 하반기에 취업하고 싶은 기업 3위 부터는 성별에 따라 결과가 달랐다.
남성 구직자들은 취업하고 싶은 대기업으로 △SK하이닉스(14.1%) △LG에너지솔루션(7.6%) △현대자동차(7.5%) △네이버(7.1%) △LG화학(5.5%) △삼성SDI(4.6%) △LG전자(4.3%) △카카오(3.5%) 등이었다.
여성 구직자들은 △카카오(17.2%) △네이버(17.1%) △SK하이닉스(10.7%) △LG에너지솔루션(6.5%) △CJ제일제당(6.2%) △아모레퍼시픽(4.9%) △현대자동차(4.6%) △삼성SDI(4.3%) 순이었다.
매년 여성 구직자 사이에서 취업하고 싶은 기업 상위권에 들던 ‘대한항공’은 이번 조사에서는 10위권 안에 랭크되지 못했다.
구직자의 전공에 따라 취업 선호 기업은 예체능계열 전공자 사이에서는 △카카오가(37.3%) △하이브(11.9%) △카카오페이(9.0%) 등이었다.
자연과학계열에서는 △LG화학(4.8%) △셀트리온(4.3%) △한미약품(4.3%), 인문사회계열에서는 △아모레퍼시픽(5.5%) △CJ제일제당(5.2%), 경상계열에서는 △LG에너지솔루션(9.0%) △현대자동차(8.0%), 이공학계열 전공자에서는 LG전자(5.6%)에 취업하고 싶다는 응답 비율이 상대적으로 높았다.
