중부지방 기록적 폭우..9일 날씨, 또 다시 300mm 퍼붓는다

브레이크뉴스 노보림 기자= 지난 8일 중부지방을 중심으로 정체전선이 형성되며 기록적 폭우가 쏟아졌다.

 

9일 기상청에 따르면 이날 오전 6시 기준 전날부터 누적 강수량은 중부지방 강수량은 서울 421.0㎜, 옥천(양평) 392.0㎜, 산북(여주)㎜ 385.5, 경기광주 385.5㎜ 등이다.

 

청일(횡성) 236.0㎜ 시동(홍천) 196.5㎜ 면온(평창) 171.0㎜ 부론(원주) 159.5㎜ 등 강원 지방에도 많은 비가 내렸다.

 

특히 서울 동작구 신대방동의 경우, 전날 오후 9시 경 한시간만에 비가 136.5㎜나 내렸다. 이같은 수치는 1942년 8월 5일 서울의 시간당 강수량 역대 최고치인 118.6㎜를 80년만에 뛰어넘은 것이다.

기상청은 9일에도 중부지방에 폭우가 이어질 것으로 내다봤다.

 

중부지방과 경북북부를 중심으로 형성된 정체전선이 유지되고 있어 돌풍과 천둥, 번개를 동반한 매우 많은 비가 내릴 것이라고 예보했다.

 

9일 예상 강수량은 수도권·강원도·서해5도 100~200㎜(많은 곳 300㎜), 강원동해안·충청권·경북북부·울릉도·독도 30~80㎜(많은 곳 강원동해안, 충청북부 150㎜ 이상), 전북북부 5~30㎜다.

 

특히 지역에 따라 시간당 50~80㎜의 강한 비가 내리는 곳이 있을 수 있다며 저지대 침수와 하천, 저수지 범람, 급류에 각별히 유의해야 한다고 당부했다.

 

이에 따라 행정안정부는 9일 새벽 1시를 기점으로 재난위기 경보를 가장 높은 단계인 '심각'으로 격상했다. 중앙재난안전대책본부도 비상근무 3단계를 발령했다. 

 

이상민 행안부 장관은 관계부처와 지자체, 유관기관에 비상근무 체계를 강화하고 호우 대비에 모든 역랑을 집중해달라고 지시했다.
