[브레이크뉴스=배종태 기자} 부산시와 방탄소년단(BTS) 소속사 ㈜하이브가 24일 2030부산세계박람회 유치 협력을 위한 양해각서(MOU)를 체결했다.
박형준 부산시장과 ㈜하이브 방시혁 이사회 의장, 박지원 대표가 참석해 이날 오전 시청 영상회의실에서 업무협약을 맺고, 부산의 문화 인프라 구축 및 문화 진흥을 위해 ㈜하이브의 사업 참여 및 협력을 할 예정이다.
이에 따라 방탄소년단은 ▲엑스포 유치 기원 글로벌 부산 콘서트 개최 ▲BIE 회원국 특성 살린 유치교섭 활동 ▲BIE 현지실사 시 방탄소년단 멤버가 실사 대상 장소 직접 안내, ▲3차 경쟁 PT에서 역할 수행 ▲개최지 선정 투표일 현장에 참석해 부산 개최를 지지하는 요청 메시지 전달 ▲디지털 홍보활동을 위한 영상 및 사진 촬영 ▲공식 SNS를 통한 홍보 영상 확산 등 파급력 있는 다양한 홍보활동을 하며, 2030부산세계박람회 유치에 힘을 더할 예정이다.
아울러, 부산의 문화 인프라 구축과 문화 진흥을 위해 시가 추진하는 문화사업에 ㈜하이브의 참여를 추진하고, 문화 컨텐츠 업종의 민간 파트너 유치 활동에 상호 협력하기로 했다.
㈜하이브 측은 ‘하이브’의 다양한 공간 및 문화사업 유닛들을 연계하여 실질적 사업 운영이 이루어질 수 있도록, 상호 협력하기로 하는 등 부산의 문화발전을 위한 협력방안도 제시했다.
