'Daejang-dong preferential treatment' splits in two Democratic primary... The internal enemy is scarier!

“The Daejang-dong issue has now gone beyond the issue that divides the pros and cons of the Democratic primary.”

- Columnist Kwon Ki-sik

The enemy inside is more terrifying than the enemy outside. In addition, the Democratic Party's primary race is heading towards a 'Daejang-dong civil war'. It is questionable whether this party is a party that has the spirit of democratic reform of the two former presidents, Kim Dae-jung and Roh Moo-hyun, or a party that shared the candlelight revolution.

The so-called 'Daejang-dong preferential treatment case' is dividing the Democratic Party in two. The party is split between those who ride on the logic of external enemies and focus on internal firearms and those who fight together against external enemies.

Among the presidential candidates, the reform camp is calling for an end to internal gunfire and unity of the party. Former Justice Minister Choo Mi-ae appeared on CBS Radio on the 23rd and said, "A series of investigations have been carried out in Daejang-dong, and the Supreme Court's acquittal has already ended." It's because I brought it in to lock it in a frame," he said on the side of this branch. Former Minister Choo also criticized the former representative's camp, saying, "When members of the candidate's camp, Lee Nak-yeon, attack with this, they are helping to change the water frame (former Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol)." Rep. Kim Doo-gwan also criticized, saying, "(The Daejang-dong issue) is a frame war provoked by conservative vested interests and civil and construction forces." Rep. Yoon Geon-young, known as President Moon Jae-in's double heart, also said, "At that time, former President Lee Myung-bak gave orders to return investment returns to the private sector and not to develop publicly. “He gave strength to the governor.

On the other hand, at Lee Nak-yeon's camp, a 'piggyback offensive' that sympathizes with the people's power continues. Kim Young-woong, spokesperson for Lee Nak-yeon's camp, said, "As a candidate for the Republican Party, I think these aspects should be made clear through the special prosecutor or state investigation." It cannot but be an absurd statement that is in line with the claim of the people's power. Hong Young-pyo, chairman of the camp's co-election campaign, also said, "There seems to be a problem. We need to find out if this is the real 'people's power gate' as Governor Lee said."

The 'Daejang-dong favoritism case' exposed the current address of the Democratic Party. Party members and supporters are watching who is riding on the fake frames created by the conservative media and the opposition, and who picks up stones thrown by foreign enemies and throws them back at their comrades.

During the Lee Myung-bak administration, under the limitations of the opposition market, the development of Daejang-dong could be the essence of the project being successful in a public development method that benefits Seongnam citizens instead of private development. The huge profits of private developers are contingent upon unexpected real estate booms. In this regard, former representative Lee Nak-yeon, who served as the longest-serving prime minister of the Moon Jae-in government, will not be free from responsibility.

The Daejang-dong issue has now gone beyond the issue that divides the pros and cons of the Democratic primary. It became a matter of establishment versus reform. We are looking at who are the anti-reform opportunists who are riding on the establishment cartel of the opposition that is trying to cover up the so-called 'accusation of accusers' and change the situation, and who is the reform camp that breaks the vested interests of construction and construction. kingkakwon@naver.com
