대전 동구가 부패 취약 분야를 개선하고 청렴한 공직문화를 확립하기 위한 행정력을 강화하고 나섰다.
대전 동구는 14일 구청 회의실에서 ‘2026년 제3차 반부패·청렴 회의’와 전 직원 대상 ‘반부패·청렴 교육’을 연속 개최하고 청렴 실천 의지를 다졌다.
이날 오전 구청 중회의실에서 황인호 구청장 주재로 열린 ‘제3차 반부패·청렴 회의’에서는 2026년도 반부패·청렴문화 확산 종합 추진계획의 2차 이행 상황을 집중 점검했다. 참석자들은 각 부서에서 발굴한 부패 취약 분야 개선 과제를 공유하고, 실제 현장 업무에 적용할 대책과 대표 개선과제를 선정했다.
이어 구청 대회의실에서는 고위공직자, 승진자, 신규임용자 등 전 직원이 참석한 가운데 청렴 교육이 이어졌다. 국민권익위원회 조재광 전문강사가 단상에 올라 ‘갑질 및 부패방지를 통한 건강한 조직문화’를 주제로 강연을 진행했다.
조 강사는 사례 중심으로 공공분야 행동강령과 최근 반부패 정책 이슈를 알기 쉽게 설명해 직원들의 이해도를 높였다.
황인호 동구청장은 “청렴은 공직자가 지켜야 할 기본적 덕목이자 구민과의 신뢰를 지탱하는 핵심 기준”이라며 “일상적인 행정 절차 하나하나에 청렴의 가치를 반영해 공정하고 투명한 공직사회가 뿌리내릴 수 있도록 전 공직자가 한뜻으로 노력해 달라”고 당부했다.
