장성군은 장성시니어클럽이 보건복지부가 실시한 ‘노인일자리 및 사회활동 지원사업 수행기관 평가’에서 공익활동과 역량활용 2개 부문 우수기관으로 최종 선정되어 인센티브로 국비 1000만 원을 확보했다고 밝혔다.
이번 평가에서 보건복지부는 지난해 사업 운영실적을 바탕으로 전국 1194개 수행기관의 성과를 종합 분석해 상위 222개 기관을 올해의 우수기관으로 뽑았다. 장성시니어클럽은 전남 지역 내 총 14개 수행기관 가운데 유일하게 복수 부문에 이름을 올리며 차별화된 사업 운영 역량을 입증했다.
