오리온이 ‘포카칩 황치즈맛’을 출시했다.
포카칩 황치즈맛은 포카칩에 황치즈를 활용한 제품으로, 포카칩 브랜드에서 처음으로 ‘더블 치즈 코팅’ 공법을 적용했다.
얇은 감자칩에 황치즈 크림을 1차로 코팅한 뒤 황치즈맛 시즈닝 파우더를 추가로 입히는 방식이다. 오리온은 이를 통해 감자칩의 식감을 유지하면서 황치즈의 풍미를 강화했다고 설명했다.
