강화경찰서에 따르면, “우리동네 안전공감 프로젝트”는 주민들의 일상 생활에서 불안감을 느끼는 환경이나 장소와 시설 등 지역 내 안전 위험요인을 강화경찰서 홈페이지와 강화군청 카카오톡 채널, 안내 홍보물 등을 통해 QR코드로 자유롭게 신고·제보할 수 있다.
특히, 강화경찰서는 주민들의 의견을 바탕으로 지역 내 취약요인을 진단하고 현장 여건에 따라 CCTV 설치, 조명개선, 비상벨 설치, 시설물 정비 등 범죄예방 환경개선을 추진할 계획이다.
