신한금융그룹은 금융IT 분야 실무 인재 양성 프로그램인 '신한 커리어넥스트' 교육생을 오는 8월 4일까지 모집한다고 지난 28일 밝혔다.
'신한 커리어넥스트'는 고용노동부와 산업통상자원부가 주관하는 'K-뉴딜 아카데미' 사업의 일환으로 마련됐다. 신한금융은 지난 6월 금융 분야 참여기업으로 선정된 이후 금융과 디지털 분야 역량을 반영해 교육과정을 기획했다.
교육은 금융IT와 AI 에이전트 개발 역량을 갖춘 실무형 인재 양성을 목표로 하며, 그룹 IT 계열사인 신한DS가 운영을 맡는다.
모집 대상은 금융IT 및 AI 분야 취업을 희망하는 만 15세 이상 34세 이하의 미취업 청년이다. 총 40명을 선발해 3개월간 교육을 진행한다.
교육과정은 프로그래밍과 데이터베이스, 금융공학 및 AI 전환 등 직무 교육을 비롯해 취업 특강, 진로 상담, 현장 체험형 OJT 등으로 구성된다. 그룹 디지털 전문가의 멘토링과 해커톤도 함께 운영된다.
교육생에게는 교육비 전액과 월 60만 원의 훈련수당이 지급된다. 교육 기간 중 디지털·금융 관련 자격증을 취득하면 1회에 한해 10만 원의 축하금도 제공된다.

Trainees are provided with full tuition fees and a monthly training allowance of 600,000 won. If they acquire a digital or finance-related certification during the training period, a one-time congratulatory bonus of 100,000 won is also provided.
