유진그룹 계열 건설·자재 기업 동양은 서울 마포구 공덕동에 위치한 유진그룹 신사옥으로 이전을 완료했다고 지난 27일 밝혔다.
신사옥은 서울 마포구 마포대로 130에 위치한 '유진마포빌딩'으로, 동양은 6층부터 8층까지 전용면적 약 1,450㎡ 규모의 공간을 사용한다.
동양은 신사옥에 '워크 애니웨어(Work Anywhere)' 개념을 적용한 업무환경을 구축했다. 모든 회의실에 화상회의 시스템을 설치했으며, 업무 집중을 위한 포커스룸, 임직원 휴식 공간인 티케어룸, 전화 통화를 위한 폰부스 등을 마련했다. 회의실과 임원실, 스토리지 등 주요 시설은 모듈형 구조로 설계해 필요에 따라 공간을 재구성할 수 있도록 했다.
동양은 스마트 업무환경을 통해 협업과 의사결정 효율을 높일 계획이라고 밝혔다.
한편 유진그룹 계열사인 유진리츠운용은 지난 1월 옛 별정우체국연금관리단 빌딩을 매입했으며, 그룹은 동양을 시작으로 주요 계열사를 순차적으로 이전해 통합사옥을 운영할 계획이다.
