[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시가 오는 19일 개막하는 제5회 전국어울림생활체육대축전을 앞두고 대회 준비상황을 최종 점검했다.
김해시는 11일 시청 소회의실에서 신대호 부시장 주재로 준비상황보고회를 열고 분야별 추진 현황과 운영 계획을 점검했다고 밝혔다.
보고회에는 김해도시개발공사, 김해문화관광재단, 김해시복지재단 관계자와 시청 관련 부서장 등 20여 명이 참석했다.
참석자들은 교통·주차 대책을 비롯해 숙박·외식업소 관리, 경기장 편의시설, 안전관리, 응급의료 및 방역체계 등을 점검하며 대회 운영 전반을 확인했다.
이번 대축전은 19일부터 21일까지 경남 5개 시·군에서 분산 개최되며, 주 개최지인 김해에서는 개회식과 주요 종목 경기가 열린다.
김해시는 19일 김해실내체육관에서 개회식을 개최하고, 대회 기간 배드민턴·좌식배구·탁구 등 6개 종목 경기를 관내 6개 경기장에서 진행할 예정이다.
김해시는 2024년 전국체전과 전국장애인체전, 2025년 전국소년체전과 전국장애학생체전, 올해 전국생활체육대축전에 이어 이번 전국어울림생활체육대축전까지 개최하면서 전국 최초로 6대 체전을 치른 도시가 될 전망이다.
시는 앞서 대규모 전국 체전을 운영한 경험을 바탕으로 대회 안전과 참가자 편의 확보에 행정력을 집중할 계획이다.
