브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 제9회 전국동시지방선거 투표 종료 직후 발표된 JTBC 예측조사에서 더불어민주당이 전국 광역단체장 선거에서 압도적인 우세를 보이는 것으로 나타났다.
JTBC가 3일 공개한 예측조사 결과에 따르면 전국 17개 시·도지사 선거 가운데 더불어민주당은 10곳에서 우세를 점한 반면, 국민의힘은 경북 1곳에서만 우위를 보였다. 나머지 지역은 경합 또는 접전 양상으로 분류됐다.
가장 관심이 집중된 서울시장 선거에서는 더불어민주당 정원오 후보가 53.5%를 기록해 국민의힘 오세훈 후보(42.9%)를 10.6%포인트 차로 앞서는 것으로 조사됐다.
부산시장 선거에서도 민주당 전재수 후보가 53.9%를 얻어 국민의힘 박형준 후보(44.4%)를 오차범위 밖에서 앞서는 것으로 나타났다.
인천시장 선거는 민주당 박찬대 후보가 56.6%로 유정복 후보(42.1%)를 앞섰고, 경기지사 선거에서는 추미애 후보가 56.4%를 기록해 양향자 후보(37.2%)에 우세한 것으로 조사됐다.
충청권에서도 민주당 후보들이 우위를 보였다. 대전시장 선거에서는 허태정 후보가 59.7%, 세종시장 선거에서는 조상호 후보가 60.7%를 기록했다. 충북지사 선거는 신용한 후보 52.2%, 김영환 후보 47.8%, 충남지사 선거는 박수현 후보 52.8%, 김태흠 후보 47.2%로 각각 집계됐다.
영남권에서는 대구시장 선거가 최대 접전지로 꼽혔다. 민주당 김부겸 후보가 49.7%, 국민의힘 추경호 후보가 49.2%를 기록해 0.5%포인트 차 초박빙 승부가 예상됐다.
반면 경북도지사 선거에서는 국민의힘 이철우 후보가 63.6%를 기록해 민주당 오중기 후보(36.4%)를 크게 앞서며 국민의힘 후보 가운데 유일하게 안정적인 우세를 보였다.
경남지사 선거는 민주당 김경수 후보가 52.3%로 박완수 후보(47.7%)를 앞섰고, 울산시장 선거에서도 김상욱 후보가 51.6%를 기록해 김두겸 후보(39.2%)에 우위를 보였다.
호남권에서는 민주당 강세가 두드러졌다. 광주시장 선거에서는 민형배 후보가 79.3%를 얻어 국민의힘 이정현 후보(11.8%)를 큰 격차로 앞섰다. 전북지사 선거에서도 민주당 이원택 후보가 50.9%를 기록해 무소속 김관영 후보(44.6%)를 앞서는 것으로 조사됐다.
강원지사 선거에서는 우상호 후보가 56.9%로 김진태 후보(43.1%)를 앞섰으며, 제주지사 선거 역시 위성곤 후보가 63.9%를 기록해 문성유 후보(33.0%)를 크게 따돌리는 것으로 나타났다.
한편 지방선거와 함께 실시된 국회의원 재·보궐선거 부산 북구갑에서는 무소속 한동훈 후보가 48.1%를 기록해 더불어민주당 하정우 후보(37.6%)를 앞서는 것으로 집계됐다.
이번 JTBC 예측조사는 지난 5월 25일부터 6월 2일까지 실시된 대규모 여론조사를 바탕으로 산출됐으며, 실제 개표 결과와는 차이가 있을 수 있다. 최종 당선자는 개표가 진행되면서 윤곽을 드러낼 전망이다.
