한국노총 광주본부는 지난 19일 오후 본부 강당에서 더불어민주당 광주시당과 ‘지방선거 승리 및 노동존중 사회 실현을 위한 연대정책협약’을 체결하고, 민형배 더불어민주당 전남광주통합특별시장 후보를 비롯한 기초단체장 및 광역의원 후보들에 대한 공식 지지를 선언했다.
이날 협약식에는 민형배 통합특별시장 후보와 양부남 더불어민주당 광주시당 위원장, 윤종해 한국노총 광주지역본부 의장, 최철호 전국노동위원장을 비롯해 광주지역 5개 구청장 후보 및 광역의원 후보자들이 대거 참석해 선거 연대의 의지를 다졌다.
