전북 순창군이 기업 친화 행정을 강화한다.
순창군은 기업하기 좋은 환경 조성과 지역경제 활성화를 위해 애로사항 해소부터 경영 안정과 일자리 지원까지 전방위 지원 대책을 추진한다고 18일 밝혔다.
먼저, 전담 공무원을 1대 1로 매칭해 애로사항을 상시 발굴ㆍ관리하는 제도인 '1기업-1공무원 기업애로 해소 전담제'를 운영해 인ㆍ허가 등 각종 행정절차를 빠르게 지원하는 신속 처리 체계를 강화한다.
특히 정기적으로 기업인 간담회와 설문조사를 실시해 현장의 목소리를 듣고 기업이 체감할 수 있는 지원 방안도 지속적으로 발굴할 방침이다.
지역 기업의 경쟁력 향상을 위한 지원도 확대된다.
중소기업 육성 자금 융자 이차보전 사업을 비롯 국내 박람회 참가 지원ㆍ기업 근로자 출퇴근 승합차량 유류비 지원 등 경영 부담을 줄이고 안정적인 성장 기반 마련을 돕는다.
인력난 해소를 위한 일자리 정책도 추진한다.
일자리 박람회를 개최해 취업 상담과 현장 면접을 지원하고 기업 맞춤형 지원체계 구축과 소통 확대를 통한 기업 성장과 지역 일자리 창출의 선순환 구조를 만들 계획이다.
