브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 경북 청송군 주왕산 국립공원에서 실종됐다가 사흘 만에 숨진 채 발견된 초등학생 A군(11)에 대한 부검이 진행될 예정이다.
13일 경찰 등에 따르면 검찰은 A군의 정확한 사망 원인 규명을 위해 부검이 필요하다고 판단했다.
이에 따라 시신은 이날 중 부검 장소로 이송될 예정이며 부검 이후 결과가 나오기까지는 수일이 소요될 것으로 전망된다.
유족 측에서도 부검 결과를 확인한 뒤 장례 절차를 진행할 예정인 것으로 전해졌다.
먼저 경찰과 검찰의 1차 검시 결과에서는 "추락에 의한 손상"이라는 소견이 나온 상태다.
한편, A군은 지난 10일 정오경 가족과 함께 대구에서 주왕산국립공원 대전사를 방문했다가 "잠시 산에 다녀오겠다"고 말한 뒤 혼자 주봉 방향으로 이동했다. 이후 부모는 같은 날 오후 5시53분경 홀로 산에 들어간 아들과 연락이 끊겼다며 소방당국에 실종 신고를 했다.
A군은 개인 휴대전화가 있었지만 이날은 소지하지 않았으며 휴대전화는 집에 두고 온 것으로 확인됐다.
수색 작업 끝에 A군은 지난 12일 오전 10시16분께 주왕산 주봉 인근 등산로에서 약 400미터 벗어난 낭떠러지 계곡에서 구조견에 의해 발견됐다. 발견 장소는 주봉 주왕암 방면 약 400m 떨어진 수풀이 우거진 협곡 지역으로 알려졌다.
