국민의힘 이장우 대전시장 후보가 선거대책본부장 회의를 주재하며 본격적인 필승 체제 가동에 나섰다. 이 후보는 대전의 미래 도약을 위한 추진력을 강조하며, 정책 중심의 정공법으로 유권자의 표심을 공략하겠다는 의지를 분명히 했다.

선대위는 대전이 현재 교통망 혁신과 기업 유치 등 성장의 골든타임을 맞이하고 있다는 점을 부각하며, 추진력 있는 리더십의 필요성을 역설했다.
선대위 관계자는 “중단 없는 대전 발전을 완성할 적임자는 이장우 후보뿐”이라며 “흑색선전이나 네거티브에는 단호히 대응하되, 오직 정책과 비전으로 품격 있는 선거 문화를 선도하겠다”고 밝혔다.
