브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 한국부동산원(원장 이헌욱)은 중소벤처기업부가 주관한 ‘2025년도 공공기관 동반성장 평가’에서 최고 등급인 ‘최우수’ 등급을 획득했다고 4일 밝혔다. 한국부동산원은 전년도에 이어 2년 연속 최우수 등급을 받았다.
이번 평가는 총 133개 공공기관을 대상으로 공정거래 문화 조성, 동반성장 생태계 구축, 기술혁신 및 보호 지원 등 9개 분야를 종합적으로 심사해 최우수부터 개선 필요까지 5개 등급으로 분류했다.
한국부동산원은 기관 고유사업과 연계한 실질적인 중소기업 지원책을 펼친 점이 긍정적으로 작용해 높은 점수를 받았다.
구체적으로는 ▲상생협력기금 출연 및 활용 ▲중소기업 동반 해외 진출 지원 ▲사회적기업과 협업한 전세사기 예방 교육 프로그램 확산 ▲부동산 정보 기술(프롭테크) 기업의 판로 확대 지원 ▲중소기업 기술보호 및 역량강화 교육 플랫폼 구축 등이다.
이헌욱 한국부동산원 원장은 “이번 성과는 부동산 공공 서비스 제공이라는 본연의 역할과 중소기업 상생이라는 가치를 함께 추구해 온 결과”라며 “앞으로도 공정한 거래 환경을 조성하고 기술혁신을 지원하는 등 동반성장 생태계를 강화하기 위한 노력을 지속하겠다”고 강조했다.
