브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 한국맥도날드는 레스토랑 관리직 ‘매니저 트레이니’ 공개 채용을 실시한다고 4일 밝혔다.
특히 학력·나이·성별 등에 제한을 두지 않는 ‘열린 채용’ 방식으로 진행된다.
‘매니저 트레이니’는 고객 관리와 영업, 품질, 인사 등 레스토랑 운영 전반을 담당하는 직무다.
채용 절차는 서류 전형을 시작으로 1차 면접과 2차 레스토랑 실습 전형을 거쳐 최종 선발하는 방식이다.
최종 합격자는 오는 7월 입사해 맥도날드의 교육 프로그램을 이수하게 된다. 입사 4개월 이후에는 성과에 따라 부점장 승진 기회가 주어지며, 이후 점장이나 본사 지역 관리자 등으로 커리어 확장이 가능하다.
한국맥도날드 관계자는 “차별 없는 열린 채용을 통해 누구에게나 성장 기회를 제공하고 있다”며 “외식 경영 전문가를 꿈꾸는 인재들이 체계적인 시스템 속에서 미래 리더로 성장할 수 있도록 지원을 아끼지 않겠다”고 밝혔다.
