[브레이크뉴스경기남부=광명 이현준기자] 광명시는 지난 16일부터 17일까지 광명시민체육관과 도덕산 일대에서 2026년 제3회 위더(WE THE) 발달장애 청소년 트레킹 대회를 성황리에 마쳤다.
이번 대회는 경기도장애인체육회 공모사업의 일환으로 발달장애 청소년의 성취감을 높이고 생활 스포츠 참여 기회를 확대하기 위해 마련됐다.
대회에는 발달장애 학생과 비장애 학생 및 보호자와 교사를 비롯해 자원봉사단 등 총 220여 명이 참여했다. 참가자들은 시민체육관에서 출발하여 도덕산 출렁다리와 도덕정 및 캠핑장을 거쳐 돌아오는 코스를 함께 완주하며 유대감을 형성했다.
