지금 우리는 미국이 주도하는 세계의 정세를 관찰하며 뉴스를 듣고 있다. 불과 4개월여 만에 엄청난 정세 변화에 놀라고 있으며 다음의 징벌적 대상은 어느 나라의 누가 될 것인지 추측하고 있고, 미국의 정책이 의롭다고 인정하는 대상국의 국민들은 자국이 먼저 선택되기를 바라고 기다린다. 이들은 이미 자신들의 힘으로 불법 점령한 세력에 대항할 능력을 잃었거나 포기한 국민들이다.
나는 ‘마두로 체포 이후의 변화와 한국인의 역할’로 게시한 글에서 미국은 폴리바겐을 이용하는 국가이며 마두로에게 부정선거와 마약 등 불법행위자들을 제거하는 일에 협조하게 하고 망명생활을 보장받게 될 가능성도 있을 것으로 보인다고 말했고 현재 마두로는 엄청난 기밀을 자백하고 있으며 미국은 증거를 확보하고 있다고 한다.
기다릴 틈도 없이 미국은 이란을 타격했다. 헤메네이의 제거는 마두로와는 다르다. 확보할 정보보다 작전이 어려워 폭사를 결정한 것으로 보인다. 미국이 이란을 타격하는 주된 이유는 미국 폭격을 위한 미사일, 핵탄두의 개발과 중동 내 군사적 위협 때문이고, 포섭의 대상이 아닐뿐더러 중동의 불법 세력의 지원국임이 확증되었기 때문이다. 베네수엘라와 마찬가지로 중동지역의 중공(일대일로 정책)을 위한 거점국으로 타격의 우선 세력으로 지목되었을 것이다. 이제 2026년 3월 말경에 트럼프대통령이 차이나를 방문한다. 당사국 간의 의제가 아직도 미정이라고 한다. 그 이전에 어떤 사건이 발생한다면 성사가 될지도 의문이다.
하여간 미국의 앞마당(쿠바, 콜롬비아)을 다시 한번 정리하더라도 이후 한반도와 중공의 정리는 반드시 이루어질 절차이며 극동러시아도 포함될 가능성이 매우 높다.
여기서부터는 내가 개인적으로 바라는 예측이라고 할 수 있다. 휴전국인 대한민국을 포함하는 한반도의 군사력은 이미 미국이 주도하는 유엔사가 확보하고 있다. 실력행사를 해야 하는 위 두 나라와는 다르다.
북한 김정은 국무위원장은 고철의 레이더와 방산 무기가 허구인 중공, 우크라이나와의 4년전쟁으로 허리가 부러진 러시아가 혈맹국 이상인 이란을 방치하는 두 나라를 보면서 자신의 위치를 심각하게 고민할 것이다. 또한 1시간이면 북한의 모든 미사일 기지와 핵 관련시설이 초토화된다는 사실을 확실히 느꼈을 것이다. 이제 김정은 위원장과 그 세력은 미국이 제안하는 대화나 조건을 사실상 거부하기는 불가능한 입장인 것으로 추측된다.
대한민국은 반도체, 디스플레이, 통신(전파)기술에서 세계 1위를 차지하는 산업강국이고, 앞으로는 6G, 차세대 배터리, AI 반도체 분야와 핵융합, 조선, 방산무기 산업에서 선도적 위치를 확보하고 있다. 그러나 불행히도 정치적으로는 불법세력에 점령당해 있다.
불의한 세력에 감염된 정치권이 중공과 김정은에게서 돌이키는 변화로 이 나라가 안정되기는 매우 어려울 것 같다. 그래서 미국은 자국에 도움이 되는 현재 상태로 대한민국의 산업을 유지하면서 오직 불법세력을 족집게로 뽑아내는 방법을 수도 없이 연구했을 것이고, 지금도 이들이 온전히 돌이키기를 바라고 경고하면서 기다리는 것이다.

확실한 방법은 김정 위원장을 황금평이나 원산의 도시국가로 미군의 주둔지역 내의 영토를 확보하여 망명생활 등으로 보호하든지, 일타의 타격으로 김정은 위원장과 지도부를 제거하든지, 중요한 핵심은 남한인사들의 대북활동에 관한 기밀문서를 제공받는 것이다. 이 문서를 근거로 그 동안 북한을 비공개적으로 협조한 인사들을 색출하여 대한민국의 국가보안법과 유엔법으로 체포 처벌하는 방법이다. 기쁨조의 제공이나 불법자금의 공여는 충분한 증거와 조건이 될 것이다.

이 방법들의 공통분모는 국가와 국민을 사랑하는 지도자들의 출연이 중요한 과제이며 이 시기가 미국이 행동할 수 있는 적기가 될 것으로 생각하고, 결과로 중공의 분리와 극동러시아의 독립은 이루어질 필요조건이 되어가고 있다고 생각해 본다. 이것이 내가 소망하는 예측이고 이를 위해 조용히 기도하는 것이며 미국이 깃발을 들었기에 더 이상 희망 고문이 안 될 것으로 기대하는 것이다.

In a post titled "Changes After Maduro's Arrest and the Role of Koreans," I stated that the United States is a nation that utilizes "poly-bargains," and that there appears to be a possibility that Maduro will be guaranteed a life in exile in exchange for cooperating with the elimination of perpetrators of illegal activities such as election fraud and drug trafficking. Currently, it is reported that Maduro is confessing to massive secrets, and the United States has secured evidence.
Without a moment to wait, the United States struck Iran. The elimination of Hemenei is different from that of Maduro. It appears the decision to destroy the enemy was made because the operation was more difficult than the intelligence to secure. The primary reasons the U.S. strikes Iran are its development of missiles and nuclear warheads for bombing U.S. targets, as well as military threats within the Middle East; furthermore, Iran is not a target for co-optation, and it has been confirmed to be a supporter of illegal forces in the region. Whether the sure method involves protecting Chairman Kim Jong-un by establishing him in exile in a city-state like Hwanggeumpyong or Wonsan, or eliminating Chairman Kim and the leadership with a single decisive blow, the crucial core is to obtain classified documents regarding the activities of South Korean figures toward the North. Based on these documents, the method involves identifying individuals who have secretly collaborated with North Korea and arresting and punishing them under South Korea’s National Security Act and UN law. The provision of "Pleasure Squads" or the supply of illegal funds would serve as sufficient evidence and conditions.
