【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충북대학교 RISE 사업단이 지역 창업을 이끌 미래 인재 발굴에 나섰다.
충북대 RISE 사업단에 따르면 지난 2월 12일 교내 학연산공동기술연구원 1층 대회의실에서 ‘2026 RISE-UP 창업 아이디어 경진대회’를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이번 대회는 충북지역 창업 활성화를 통한 일자리 창출과 지역경제 선순환 구조 형성을 목표로 마련됐으며, 창의적인 아이디어를 보유한 충북대학교 대학(원)생을 대상으로 진행됐다. 모집 기간 접수된 팀 가운데 1차 서류심사를 통과한 6개 팀이 본선에 진출했고, 발표평가를 통해 최종 수상팀이 가려졌다.
평가는 ▲문제인식 ▲실현가능성 ▲경쟁전략 ▲팀구성 및 발표역량 등 4개 항목(총 100점)을 기준으로 진행됐으며, 창업 전문가와 외부위원이 참여해 공정하고 전문적인 심사를 실시했다.
최우수상은 TESORI팀(팀장 기계공학부 4학년 이하은 외 3명)이 차지했다. TESORI팀은 ‘ORIFinger–요시무라 패턴 기반 테셀레이션 소프트 엔드이펙터’를 제안해 기술적 창의성과 실현 가능성 측면에서 높은 평가를 받았다.
이어 우수상은 두 팀이 수상했다. KORFIT팀(팀장 의류학과 4학년 황유림 외 3명)의 ‘외국인 유학생 취업 지원 플랫폼 KORFIT’과 Baako팀(팀장 경영학부 4학년 하성준 외 4명)의 ‘MZ세대 특기·인간 기반 지능형 반려 식물 서비스 끼리끼리’가 각각 선정됐다.
장려상은 하이허어팀(팀장 소프트웨어학부 4학년 최현철 외 3명)의 ‘청각 중개청각기 기반 시각장애인용 보행 보조 솔루션 앱 허어허어’, 팜트리오팀(팀장 경영정보학과 4학년 김용호 외 2명)의 ‘AI 농약 처방 시스템 닥터팜’, Alt F4팀(팀장 반도체공학부 2학년 최은석 외 1명)의 ‘개인형 이동장치(PM) 스마트 배터리 관리 어댑터(Cellife)’가 각각 수상했다.
이 밖에도 본선에는 오르지 못했지만 혁신적인 아이디어를 제안한 FBS, 놉, 웰니스, 포리브, 베어링즈, 스페어 등 6개 팀이 혁신아이디어상을 받았다.
이번 대회는 단순한 아이디어 경연을 넘어 지역 기반 창업 생태계와 연계한 실질적 성장 프로그램의 출발점이라는 점에서 의미를 더했다. 수상팀은 향후 2026 RISE 사업 창업동아리 신청 시 우선 선정돼 멘토링, 사업화 컨설팅, 네트워킹 프로그램 등에 참여할 기회를 얻게 된다.
유재수 RISE 사업단장은 “학생들의 참신한 아이디어가 지역 산업과 연결돼 고부가가치를 창출하는 창업으로 이어질 수 있도록 체계적인 후속 지원을 이어가겠다”며 “충북대학교가 지역 창업 허브로 자리매김할 수 있도록 RISE 사업을 중심으로 창업 인재 양성에 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
