[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 창녕군은 13일 창녕읍 도원아파트에서 입주예정자대표회 김순희 회장에게 장기 미준공 도원아파트의 사용검사 확인증을 교부했다.
이날 교부식에는 박상웅 국회의원과 이경재, 우기수 경남도의원, 홍성두 군의장과 군의원을 비롯한 국민권익위원회, 경상남도 등 관계자가 참석하여 아파트 사용검사를 축하했다.
창녕읍 도원아파트는 1991년 주택건설사업계획 승인 후, 공사 추진 과정에서 사업주체의 부도․파산으로 장기간 미준공 상태가 지속되어, 아파트 입주민들은 재산권 행사에 어려움을 겪어왔다.
이에, 2022년 12월 국민권익위원회에 집단 고충민원을 신청했으며, 4차례 현지 방문조사와 6차에 걸친 조정(안) 협의를 진행하여, 지난달 14일 현장조정회의를 통해 국민권익위원회와 경상남도, 창녕군, 도원아파트대표는 사용검사 추진을 위한 조정에 최종 합의했다.
군은 현장 조정회의 후속조치를 위해 전담 TF팀을 구성하여 입주예정자대표회의 구성 및 운영 지원, 사용검사 추진을 위한 120세대 서약서 제출, 행정요건 구비를 위해 이행강제금 부과 및 납부 독려, 사용검사 적정성 확보를 위한 소방서 등 관계기관 협의 및 보완을 단계적으로 추진했다.
