[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 재단법인 김해FC(이하 김해FC)가 부경양돈농협과 공식 후원 협약을 체결하며 2026시즌의 힘찬 출발을 알렸다.
13일 김해시청에서 구단주인 홍태용 김해시장과 부경양돈농협 이재식 조합장이 참석한 가운데 협약식을 가졌다.
부경양돈농협은 부산·경남을 대표하는 양돈 전문협동조합으로, 대한민국 정부로부터 국내 최초 명품 인증을 받은 한돈 대표 브랜드 ‘포크밸리’를 보유하고 있다.
특히 종돈, 사료, 도축, 가공, 유통에 이르는 체계적인 시스템을 갖추고 국내 최대 규모의 축산물 유통센터를 운영하며 대한민국 축산업의 성장을 견인해 온 기업이다.
부경양돈농협은 프로 전환 이전부터 오랜 기간 김해F를 후원하며 팀의 든든한 버팀목 역할을 해왔다.
이번 김해FC의 K리그2 진출을 계기로, 구단이 프로 무대에서 성공적으로 안착할 수 있도록 지원 규모를 대폭 확대하기로 결정했다.
부경양돈농협 이재식 조합장은 “매년 김해FC의 경기를 지켜보며 함께 울고 웃으며 팀의 성장을 응원해왔다”며, “김해FC가 처음으로 프로 무대에 도전하는 뜻깊은 시작을 많은 시민들과 함께할 수 있도록 아낌없는 지원을 보내겠다”고 말했다.
