동두천시장애인단체총연합회 '장애인일자리 참여자 법정의무교육 실시'

[브레이크뉴스 동두천=김완영 기자] 경기도 동두천시장애인단체총연합회는 장애인일자리(복지일자리) 참여자의 근로 권익 보호와 안전한 근무환경 조성을 위해 2026년 법정 의무교육을 실시했다. 이번 교육에는 참여자 103명이 참석했다.

 

이번 교육은 2월 12일 동두천시장애인회관 3층 대강당에서 집합 방식으로 진행됐다. 근로기준, 직장 내 안전, 성희롱 예방, 개인정보 보호 등 필수 교육 과정을 중심으로 운영했다.

 

특히 현장 질의응답과 사례 공유를 병행해 이해도를 높이고, 실제 근무 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 상황에 효과적으로 대응할 수 있도록 했다.

 

동두천시 관계자는 “이번 교육을 통해 참여자의 근로 환경과 권익 보호가 더욱 강화될 것으로 기대한다”라고 밝혔다.
