이재명 대통령이 6일 "정상을 벗어난 (수도권 부동산이) 제자리로 돌아오는 게 세상 이치지만 엄청난 고통이 있다"고 했다.
이 대통령은 이날 오후 경남 창원컨벤션센터에서 '경남의 마음을 듣다' 주제로 열린 경남 타운홀 미팅 모두 발언에서 "요새 서울 수도권은 집값 때문에 시끄럽고, 요새 그것 때문에 힘들며 저항감도 만만치 않다"며 이같이 말했다.
그러면서 "서울 아파트 1채 값이면 어느 지역이나 아파트 한 동을 산다더라"며 "객관적 가치가 실제 그런가, 말이 안 된다"고 했다.
이어 "평균적으로 그런 가격을 향해 달려가면 과거 일본처럼 잃어버린 20년 같은 일들을 겪지 않을 수 없다"며 "왜 이렇게 됐냐, 근본적으로 보면 수도권 집중 때문"이라고 했다.
또 "나라 모든 돈이 부동산 투기로 몰려 생산적 분야에 돈이 제대로 가지도 않는다"며 "이상하게 지금 사회가 건강하지 못하고 발전하지 못하게 된 것"이라고 했다.
