브레이크뉴스 박동제 기자= 가수 김다현이 전 소속사로부터 출연료 및 관련 정산금을 지급 받지 못한 사안과 관련해 민사 및 형사 소송 절차에 돌입했다.
4일 김다현 측은 “지난해 11월부터 수차례에 걸쳐 정산을 요청했음에도 불구하고 전 소속사는 2025년 9~10월 분부터 김다현의 출연료 및 행사 등 기타 수익에 대한 정산 지급이 이뤄지지 않았고, 협의가 더 이상 기대하기 어려운 상황”이라며 “나이 어린 10대 아티스트의 심적 안정과 권익 보호를 위해 부득이하게 법적 대응을 진행할 수밖에 없었다”고 밝혔다.
김다현 측은 지난달 말 서울 중앙지방법원에 미지급 정산금에 대한 지급명령 신청과 압류 절차에 착수, 이달 초 서울 강남경찰서에 소속사 대표들을 사기 및 횡령 혐의로 고소·고발장을 제출한 상태다.
김다현 법률대리인 법무법인 인의로는 “이번 조치는 특정인을 비방하거나 갈등을 확대하기 위한 목적이 아니라, 정당한 대가와 권리를 보호하기 위한 불가피한 선택”이라고 밝혔다.
한편, 김다현은 전 소속사와 계약 위반 및 신뢰관계 파탄 등을 이유 전소계약을 종료했으며, 지난해 11월말 현컴퍼니로 이적해 활동을 이어가고 있다.
