브레이크뉴스 노보림 기자= 정부가 전기·가스·수도 요금 등 고정비 부담 완화를 위해 영세 소상공인에게 최대 25만 원의 경영안정 바우처를 지급한다.
중소벤처기업부는 오는 2월 9일부터 ‘소상공인 경영안정 바우처’ 신청·접수를 시작하고, 빠르면 설 명절 이전부터 바우처 지급을 개시할 예정이라고 밝혔다.
이번 바우처는 연 매출 1억400만 원 미만의 소상공인을 대상으로 하며, 전기·가스·수도 요금과 국민연금, 건강보험, 고용보험, 산재보험, 차량 연료비, 전통시장 화재공제료 등 9개 항목에서 사용할 수 있다. 지원 한도는 최대 25만 원이다.
이번 사업에는 총 5790억 원의 예산이 투입된다. 지난해 ‘부담경감크레딧’이라는 이름으로 시행된 사업과 유사하지만, 사용 항목에서 통신비가 제외되고 전통시장 화재공제료가 새롭게 추가된 것이 특징이다.

이후 소상공인시장진흥공단이 국세청 과세 정보 등을 활용해 지원 요건을 확인한 뒤, 신청자에게 바우처 지급 여부를 알림톡으로 안내할 예정이다. 사용 한도인 25만 원을 초과하거나 지정된 사용처 외에서 결제한 금액은 소상공인이 직접 부담해야 한다.
최원영 중기부 소상공인정책실장은 “지난해 사업에 참여한 소상공인들의 정책 만족도가 높았다”며 “올해도 내수 경기 침체로 어려움을 겪는 영세 소상공인들의 고정비 부담을 줄이는 데 실질적인 도움이 되길 기대한다”고 말했다.
