다빈치 AI의 핵심은 사용자의 실시간 생체 신호를 측정·분석해 AI가 최적의 마사지 프로그램을 추천하는 기능이다. 사용자는 마사지 도중 태블릿 리모콘을 통해 심박수, 피로도 지수 등 주요 생체 지표는 물론, AI가 해당 마사지를 추천한 이유까지 확인할 수 있다.
