(함평=브레이크뉴스) 이학수 기자=전남 함평군이 지역 미취업 청년들의 사회 진출을 돕기 위해 ‘2026년 청년인턴제’ 사업을 본격 시행한다.
함평군은 오는 26일부터 내달 6일까지 실무 역량 강화와 경력 형성의 기회를 제공받을 청년인턴 참여자 모집을 진행한다고 11일 밝혔다.
‘청년인턴제’는 취업 준비생들에게 공공기관의 행정 실무를 직접 경험하게 함으로써 민간 취업 시장에 진출하기 전 탄탄한 경쟁력을 갖출 수 있도록 지원하는 사업이다.
모집 대상은 함평군에 거주하는 만 19세 이상 49세 이하의 미취업 청년이다. 모집 인원은 1명이며, 최종 선발된 인원은 오는 3월부터 12월까지 최장 10개월간 함평군 소속 기관에서 근무하게 된다.
주요 업무는 ▲군정 정책 및 사업 홍보 ▲각종 프로그램 기획 참여 ▲행정업무 보조 등이다. 단순 보조 업무를 넘어 지역 정책의 흐름을 이해하고 실무적인 감각을 익힐 수 있는 과업들이 주어질 예정이다.
