대전하나시티즌이 일본 J리그 출신 지도자 오츠카 신지를 코칭스태프에 새롭게 합류시켰다.
대전하나시티즌은 7일 “전 반포레 고후 감독 오츠카 신지를 새로운 코치로 선임했다”고 공식 발표했다.
오츠카 코치는 1994년 J리그 제프 유나이티드에서 프로 선수로 데뷔해 가와사키 프론탈레, 오미야, 몬테디오 야마가타, 콘사돌레 삿포로 등에서 활약했다.
2008년 현역 은퇴 후 지도자 길에 들어서며, J리그 오미야의 유소년(U-12)팀 코치를 시작으로 프로팀 코치로 성장했다.
이후 2022년 반포레 고후 코치로 부임해 팀의 전술 변화를 주도했으며, 2024년 여름 정식 감독으로 선임돼 팀을 이끌었다.
오츠카 코치는 “황선홍 감독이 이끄는 훌륭한 팀의 일원이 되어 매우 기쁘다”며 “2026시즌 대전이 목표를 달성할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 소감을 전했다.
대전은 오츠카 코치의 합류로 작년 요시다 코치의 공백을 메우고, 일본 무대에서 쌓은 체계적 지도 경험과 전술 지식을 바탕으로 황선홍 감독의 전술 완성도를 높일 것으로 기대하고 있다.
이번 영입으로 대전하나시티즌의 코칭스태프는 황선홍 감독을 중심으로 명재용 수석코치, 김일진 GK코치, 배효성 코치, 김창수 코치, 박성균·홍덕기 피지컬코치, 그리고 새로 합류한 오츠카 신지 코치 체제로 2026시즌을 맞이하게 됐다.

Daejeon Hana Citizen has appointed Shinji Otsuka, a former J-League coach, to its coaching staff.
