19세 이상 주택소유, 청약통장 상관업이 청약 가능...시세차익 4억 원 예상
현대엔지니어링이 시공을 맡아 2020년 10월 준공한 세종시 소담동 '힐스테이트 세종 리버파크' 3가구가 무순위 청약을 통해 주인을 찾는다.
세종시 소담동 새샘마을 7,8단지에 위치 한 '힐스테이트 세종 리버파크' 는 지하 2층~지상 48층, 6개동으로 전체 736가구 가운데 아파트 672가구, 오피스텔 64실로 구성돼있다.
한국부동산원에 따르면 '한국부동산원 청약홈'을 통해 해당 주택의 84㎡ 2세대와 105㎡ 1세대 등 3세대를 대상으로 무순위 청약을 진행한다고 홈페이지에 공개했다.
2월 6일과 7일 '한국부동산원 청약홈'을 통해 청약을 실시하는 해당 주택은 주상복합 아파트로 당첨시 수억 원의 시세차익을 얻을 것으로 내다보고 있다.
해당 아파트의 최초 분양가는 84㎡B 3억2100만 원, 84㎡D 3억200만 원, 105㎡B 3억9900만 원이었고, 지난해 12월 84㎡ 타입은 6억 원대에 거래가 됐고, 105㎡는 8억 원대에 거래가 된것으로 알려져 당첨시 3,4억 원의 시세차익을 실현 할 것으로 예상되면서 관심이 집중되고 있다.
