윤석열 대통령 측이 16일 오동운 공수처장·우종수 경찰 국가수사본부장 등을 내란 혐의로 서울중앙지검에 고발했다고 밝혔다.
윤 대통령 변호인단은 이날 "(공수처·국수본은) 군사기밀보호법상 군사기밀인 대통령 관저 시설·체포 대비 구축할 방어시설과 이를 해체할 수 있는 방법까지 수집해 관저 침임을 모의했다"며 이같이 밝혔다.
