대통령실이 8일 서울 용산구 한남동 관저에서 윤석열 대통령 추정 남성 영상을 촬영한 '오마이뉴스(오마이TV)'를 군사기지 및 군사시설 보호법 위반으로 고발 조치했다고 밝혔다.
대통령실은 이날 오후 언론 공지문에서 "오마이뉴스를 군사기지 및 군사시설 보호법 위반으로 고발 조치했다"며 "피고발인은 허가받지 않고 무단으로 관저 일대를 촬영해 보도했다"고 지적했다.
이어 "관저 일대는 현직 대통령이자 국가 원수가 거주하는 군사시설 보호구역으로 국가 안보와 직결되는 보안시설이며 무단 촬영 시 관련 법령에 의거해 처벌될 수 있다"고 했다.
또 "고발 조치와 함께 강한 유감을 표명하며 향후 이와 같은 위법 행위에 대해선 강력 대응할 것임을 밝힌다"고 닷붙였다.
앞서 '오마이TV'는 이날 낮 12시 53께분부터 7분 가량 한남동 대통령 관저에서 윤 대통령으로 추정되는 남성이 수행원·경호원들과 함께 관저 주변을 둘러보는 모습을 촬영했다.
