브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 14일 오후 4시 국회에서 윤석열 대통령 탄핵소추안 표결이 예정된 가운데, 대통령실은 침묵을 지키고 있다.
이날 정진석 대통령 비서실장 등 참모진과 직원 대부분은 출근해 탄핵안 표결 이후의 상황에 대비하고 있는 것으로 전해졌다.
윤 대통령은 지난 12일 네번째 대국민 담화 이후 관저에 머물고 있는데, 이날 본회의 표결도 관저에서 TV 생중계를 통해 지켜볼 것으로 보인다.
국회에서 탄핵안이 가결되면, 국회의장 명의로 탄핵소추 의결서 등본이 대통령실과 헌법재판소로 송달된다.
의결서가 전달되면 대통령 직무는 즉시 정지된다. 이후 대통령 직무는 한덕수 국무총리가 대행하게 된다.
반면 탄핵안이 부결된다면, 별도의 행정 절차 없이 윤 대통령은 지금처럼 직무를 이어가게 된다.
