브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 국민의힘은 14일 윤석열 대통령 탄핵소추안 표결을 앞두고 마지막까지 당론을 정하지 못하고 있다.
국민의힘은 이날 오전 10시부터 의원총회를 이어가고 있으나, 최종 결론이 나지 않고 아직까지도 격론이 오가는 것으로 전해졌다.
권성동 원내대표는 이날 오후 국회에서 기자들과 만난 자리에서 "탄핵안 표결 관련 당론 및 표결 참여 여부에 대해 3시 30분이나 40~50분까지 토론한 이후 당론을 모으는 절차를 밟을 예정"이라고 말했다.
국회는 이날 오후 4시 본회의를 열고 윤 대통령 탄핵안을 표결에 부칠 예정이다.
정치권의 대체적인 견해는 국민의힘이 표결에 참여하는 방향으로 결정날 것으로 보고 있다. 만약 표결에 참여하지 않는 것으로 당론을 정하더라도, 개인적으로 표결에 참여하겠다는 의사를 밝힌 의원들이 최대 25명에 달하는 것으로 전해진다.
현재 윤 대통령 탄핵안 가결 여부는 국민의힘에 달려있다.
탄핵안 의결을 위해선 국회 재적 의원 3분의 2인 200명 이상이 표결에 참여해야 하며 범야권 의원 192명에 더해 국민의힘에서 8명 이상 찬성표를 던지면 가결된다.
현재 국민의힘 의원 중 7명이 공개적으로 탄핵 찬성을 표명했고, 최소 10여명 이상이 찬반 언급 없이 투표 참여 의사를 밝혔다.
한편, 한동훈 대표는 이날 국회 출근길에 기자들과 만나 "제 뜻은 우리 국민과 의원들에게 이미 분명하게 말씀드렸다"며 "오늘은 우리 모두 대한민국과 대한민국 국민만 생각해야 한다"고 말했다.
한 대표는 지난 12일 기자회견에서는 "대통령이 조기 퇴진 의사가 없는 이상, 탄핵 외에 다른 방법이 없다"며 당론으로 탄핵에 찬성해야 한다고 밝혔다. 그는 같은 날 윤 대통령 대국민 담화를 두고 "사실상 내란을 자백하는 취지"라고 비판했다.

People Power Party, Fierce Debate at General Assembly on 'Impeachment Vote'
The People Power Party is yet to decide on its party line until the very end ahead of the impeachment vote against President Yoon Seok-yeol on the 14th.
The People Power Party has been holding a general meeting of its members since 10 AM today, but it is reported that a final conclusion has not been reached and that fierce debate is still ongoing.
