전남도, 여성폭력방지시설 종사자 역량 강화

2024년 종사자 역량강화 교육은 지난 5월 여성폭력방지시설 시설장 교육을 시작으로 6월 신규 및 선임 상담사 대상으로 총 5회에 걸쳐 진행했다. 오는 23일에도 진행할 예정이다.

이번 교육은 도내 성폭력·성매매피해 지원시설 종사자 80여 명 대상으로, 딥페이크 성범죄 등 새로운 유형의 디지털 성범죄와 스토킹, 교제폭력에 대한 상담기법을 주요 내용으로 진행할 예정이다.

유미자 전남도 여성가족정책관은 “이번 교육은 여성폭력방지시설 종사자의 상담 전문성을 한층 높이고, 종사자 간 네트워크를 강화하는 계기가 될 것으로 기대한다”며 “앞으로도 전남도는 종사자들이 도민에게 보다 질 높은 서비스를 하는 환경을 만드는 데 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.

한편 전남에선 여성폭력방지시설 38개소에서 250여 명의 종사자가 상담 및 의료·법률지원 등 피해자 지원을 위해 활동하고 있다.
