전남도, 진드기 매개 감염병 예방관리사업 우수

(무안=브레이크뉴스) 이학수 기자=전남도는 지난 9일 충북 오송에서 열린 질병관리청의 ‘2024년 진드기 매개 감염병 예방관리사업 평가대회’에서 전국 우수기관으로 선정돼 질병관리청장 기관표창(사진)을 받았다.

평가는 국고보조사업을 지원받는 10개 시·도 103개 시군구를 대상으로 이뤄졌다. 지역 특성에 맞는 사업계획 수립, 사업 운영의 충실성과 독창성, 목표 대비 사업성과 달성 기준으로 상위 기관을 선정했다.

전남도는 지역 고발생지역 맞춤형 예방관리, 지자체 예방관리 사업계획서 및 결과보고서 작성 자문, 보건소 진드기 매개 감염병 업무 담당자 대상 역량강화교육, 예방 관련 교육자료 개발 및 홍보활동을 통해 진드기 매개 감염병에 대한 도민의 인식 제고를 위해 노력한 것이 높은 평가를 받았다.

특히 지자체별 진드기 매개 감염병 발생 현황을 파악해 읍면동 GIS 분석자료를 제공, 다발생 고위험지역 파악 및 지역 특성화 사업에 활용토록 하고 완성도 높은 진드기 매개 감염병 예방관리 계획 수립에 적극 협조한 것도 한몫했다.
