보은형 특례보증제도는 담보력이 부족한 소상공인 및 청년 창업가가 저금리로 대출받을 수 있도록 도와 금융 부담을 획기적으로 줄이는 정책으로 내년 1월부터 시행할 예정이다.
이번 조치는 △특례보증 △보증수수료 △대출이자 연 3% (5년간) 지원 등 세 가지 혜택을 패키지로 지원하며, 이러한 지원은 도내 최초로 시행되기에 귀추가 주목된다.
특례보증은 금융 취약계층과 청년 창업 소상공인이 대상이며, 보증 규모는 15억 원으로 충북신용보증재단에서 보증서를 발급할 예정이다.
보증 한도는 업체당 최대 5천만 원이며, 개인 신용평점에 따라 한도가 차등 적용되고 대출금리는 CD금리 +1.5% 이내로 1년 거치 4년 원금균등분할상환 방식이다.
군 관계자에 따르면 5천만 원 대출시 금융기관과 개인 신용도에 따라 차이가 날 수 있지만, 보은형 특례보증제도 이용시 금융 취약계층과 청년 창업자에게 이자와 수수료 등 최대 600만 원 정도의 혜택이 제공될 것으로 예상된다고 밝혔다.
대출 신청은 내년 1월 보은군 내 협약 금융기관을 통해 가능하며, 자세한 내용은 보은군청 홈페이지 고시·공고란 또는 충북신용보증재단에서 확인할 수 있다.
