[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 오경희기자] 경기도 김동연지사가 비상계엄 관련 외국정상, 주지사, 국제기구수장, 주한대사, 외국의 투자기업들에게 보낸 2,500여 통의 긴급서한에 대한 클라우스 슈밥 WEF(세계경제포럼) 회장이 답장을 보냈다.
9일 도에 따르면 슈밥 회장의 답신은 이주옥 WEF 아시아·태평양 국장이 오늘 오후 김동연 지사의 집무실을 예방해 직접 전달했다고 밝혔다.

이에 김동연 지사는 “대한민국에서 ‘경제의 시간’과 ‘정치의 시간’은 다르게 돌아간다”면서 “빠른 시간 내에 정치적인 일련의 사태가 정리되는 것이 대한민국 경제를 위해서 제일 시급한 일”이라고 강조했다.
김 지사는 “여러 가지 혼란이 있지만 빠른 시간 내에 정비를 해서 경제적인 불확실성을 해소하는데 최선을 다할 것”이라면서 “(WEF를 통해) 한국 경제의 건실한 잠재력이 많이 알려질 수 있도록 도와달라”고 당부했고, 이 국장도 김 지사의 뜻을 WEF 회장 등에 전달하겠다고 약속했다.
