[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 오경희기자] 경기도가 9일 광교청사 4층 율곡홀에서 ‘2024년 단기국외훈련 성과보고회’를 개최했다.
도는 해외 선진지 견학과 사례연구를 통해 얻은 최신 동향을 경기도정에 반영하기 위해 ‘경기도 특사단(특별한 임무를 띠고 파견하는 사절단)’ 10개팀(40명)을 구성하고, ‘글로벌 정책연구’ 및 ‘학습동아리 해외현장연구’ 등 훈련프로그램을 추진했다.
4월 공개오디션을 통해 선정된 10개 팀은 6월부터 10월까지 독일, 네덜란드, 호주, 뉴질랜드 등을 대상으로 국외훈련을 마치고 지난 달 결과보고서를 제출했다.
이날 성과보고회에서는 ▲경기 RE100 추진을 위한 선진사례 연구 ▲이용자 중심의 모빌리티 체계 구축을 통한 출·퇴근시간 단축 연구 ▲경기도형 발달장애인 정책 로드맵 개발 선진사례 연구 ▲동물보호·동물복지 향상을 위한 수의법의진단시스템 선진사례 연구 등 민선8기 경기도 핵심정책(3건)과 실·국 현안사항(7건) 등 주요 연구과제가 발표됐다.
경기 RE100 정책 구체화를 위한 선진사례 연구팀은 재생에너지 분야 선진국인 독일, 네덜란드 등의 우수사례 분석을 토대로 경기 RE100 제로에너지 건축물 확대, 경기 RE100 정원 조성 등 도정 접목 방안을 제안했다.
이용자 중심의 모빌리티 체계 구축을 통한 출·퇴근시간 단축 연구팀은 교통 선진국 호주의 대중교통시스템 연구를 토대로 경기도 교통 플랫폼 ‘똑타’의 고도화 사업 추진을 제안했다. 도는 이번 연구결과를 대중교통 운영, 노선, 요금체계 등 효율적인 대중교통체계 구축에 활용할 계획이다.
경기도형 발달장애인 정책 로드맵 개발 선진사례 연구팀은 발달장애인 가족의 부담 완화와 소득 보장(일자리) 정책 수립을 위해 호주·뉴질랜드 등 선진 사례 연구를 통해 최중증 발달장애인 가족 돌봄과 맞춤돌봄 사업, 발달장애인의 일자리 마련 등의 개선방안을 제안했다.
이 밖에도 동물보호·동물복지 향상을 위한 수의법의진단시스템 선진사례 연구팀은 수의법의학 연구 분야 선진국인 호주의 주요 동물방역기관과 동물보호소, 대학 등을 방문하고 조사 결과를 발표했다. 도는 이번 연구 결과를 ‘경기도형 수의법의학센터 설치’에 활용할 예정이다.
정구원 자치행정국장은 “글로벌 정책연구 등 단기국외훈련은 개인의 글로벌 역량 강화뿐만 아니라 선진 우수사례를 심층연구·분석해 도정에 접목·활용하는 공적인 역할이 매우 중요하다”며 “훈련팀의 노하우와 연구성과가 도정에 잘 적용되도록 하겠다”고 말했다.
