【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충청북도교육청(교육감 윤건영)은 9일, 한국노총 충북지역본부(충북 청주)에서 충북교육청노동조합(위원장 유여종)과 2024. 노사합동워크숍을 개최했다고 밝혔다.
노.사간 대화와 협력으로 건전한 노사문화 정착을 위해 실시한 이번 워크숍에는 김태형 충청북도부교육감을 비롯한 시.군 교육지원청 행정과장(청주: 총무과장), 총무팀장, 업무담당자 그리고 충북교육청노동조합 임원 및 대의원 등 90여 명이 참석했다.
이날 워크숍에서 박미정 주무관(충북교육청 정책기획과), 조아라 주무관(충북교육청 체육건강안전과), 정진백 주무관(영동교육지원청), 양혜진 주무관(동이초등학교), 이슬기 주무관(금구초등학교)에게 건전 노사관계 구축을 위한 유공자 교육감 표창을 수여했다.
또한, 이정범 충북도의회 교육위원장의 <충북교육발전과 함께 하는 충북교육청노동조합>을 주제로 특강이 열렸다.
유여종 충북교육청노동조합 위원장은 “노사관계의 올바른 이해를 통한 소통과 상생의 노사발전을 위하여 최선을 다하겠다.”고 말했다.
김태형 부교육감은 “상호 존중을 바탕으로 협력적 노사관계 구축과 노사가 대화와 협력으로 건전한 노사문화 정착 및 노사가 화합하는 관계가 형성될 수 있도록 적극 노력하겠다.”고 말했다.
