브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 박지원 더불어민주당 의원은 9일 비상계엄 사태와 관련 경찰과 검찰, 고위공직자수사처가 수사권 경쟁하는 모습을 보이고 있는데 대해 우려하며 "합동수사본부를 만들어야 한다"고 촉구했다.
박지원 의원은 이날 국회 법제사법위원회 전체회의에서 "법원이 중차대한 비상시국에 수사기관별로 영장 청구가 중복되니까 영장을 기각했다고 한다면 국민은 이러한 상황에 대해서 똑같이 내란에 동조하는 세력으로 볼 수도 있다"며 이같이 밝혔다.
박 의원은 오동운 공수처장을 상대로 질의하며 "명태균 핸드폰이 황금폰이라고 하는데 윤석열·김건희 핸드폰은 다이아몬드폰이다. 그 핸드폰들 하나도 압수수색 못하고 이제와서 무슨 내란 수사를 공수처로 넘겨라 하고 부산을 떠느냐"고 질타했다.
이어 그는 "국민들이 강하게 윤석열 탄핵, 하야를 외치니까 여기에 숟가락 하나 더 얹히려고, 수사기관들이 경쟁적으로 수사를 하는 것 아닌가"라며 합동수사본부의 필요성을 역설했다.
박 의원은 또한 윤석열 대통령이 ‘국민의힘에 국정 운영을 일임하겠다’고 말한 것과 관련해선 "지금 한동훈 국민의힘 대표하고 한덕수 국무총리가 대통령 노릇하려다 국민 질책을 받으니 싹 도망쳤다"면서 "대통령이 당에 모든 것을 위임하는 것이 헌법적인 근거가 없다는 것에 대해 사법부에서 최소한의 견해 표현을 해줘야 한다"고 강조하기도 했다.
