대전 대덕구가 9일 신탄진동행정복지센터의 신청사 이전 개청식을 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이날 개청식에는 최충규 대덕구청장과 시·구의원, 국회의원, 지역 자생단체 회원 및 지역 주민 200여 명이 참석하여 새로운 행정복지센터의 개소를 축하했다.
신탄진동행정복지센터는 신탄진 다가온 건물 2층에 위치하며, 지난 10월 준공을 마치고 12월부터 본격적으로 업무를 시작했다.
이 센터는 주민들의 편의를 위해 통합민원실, 작은도서관, 회의실, 북부농업인상담소, 예비군중대본부, 다목적 강당 등 다양한 편의 공간을 마련하고 있다.
주차 공간은 지하 1층부터 3층까지 구성되어 있으며, 지하 1층은 민원인 전용으로 41면이 마련되어 있고, 지하 2층과 3층은 행복주택 입주민 전용으로 운영된다.
최충규 대덕구청장은 “행복주택과 행정기관이 함께하는 신탄진동의 새로운 랜드마크로 자리매김하길 바란다”며, “지역 주민들의 편의성과 접근성을 고려한 만큼 질 높은 행정서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
