경북도의회 예결특위, 도 교육청 소관 2025년도 예산안 심사 마무리

9일 뎡북도의회에 따르면 지난 12월 2일부터 6일까지 5일간의 일정으로 진행된 예산결산특별위원회의 2025년 본예산 심사는 6일 늦은 밤 계수조정소위원회의 심사결과를 의결하며 경상북도지사와 경상북도교육감이 제출한 2025년도 예산안 및 기금운용계획안에 대한 심사를 모두 마쳤다.

이번에 심사한 경북도의 예산안 규모는 13조 2,618억 원으로 2024년도 당초예산 12조 6,077억 원보다 5.2% 증가했으며, 경상북도교육청은 5조 6,174억원으로 전년도 당초예산 5조 4,541억원보다 3%가 증가하였다. 예산결산특별위원회는 12월 2일 도교육청 소관 예산안 심사를 시작으로 3일부터 5일까지 경상북도 실·원·국별 예산안 심사를 마치고, 6일에는 계수조정과 토론을 거쳐 예산안을 수정의결 하였다.

이날 예산결산특별위원회에서 수정 의결한 내용을 살펴보면, 경상북도소관은 특별회계와 기금은 변동사항 없이 일반회계에서 63건, 104억원이 삭감되었다. 삭감된 예산은 내부유보금에 계상하여 향후 재원으로 활용케 하였다. 도교육청 소관 경상북도교육비특별회계는 89건, 260억원이 삭감되었다. 기금은 변동사항이 없으며, 삭감된 예산은 재해재난예비비에 계상되었다.

예결특위에서 의결한 이번 심사결과는 11일 경상북도의회 제351회 제2차 정례회 제3차 본회의에 상정되어 최종 확정된다.
