(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 계양구가 9일, 보건복지부 주관 2024년 지역복지사업 평가 ‘찾아가는 보건복지서비스 제공’ 분야에서 우수 기관으로 선정됐다고 밝혔다.
계양구에 따르면, 보건복지부는 지역 복지수준 향상을 위해 매년 전국 시·도 및 지자체를 대상으로 ‘찾아가는 보건복지서비스 제공’, ‘희망복지지원단 운영’, ‘지역사회보장계획 시행결과’ 등 10여 개 분야에서 관련 사업을 평가하고 있다.
이 중 ‘찾아가는 보건복지서비스 제공’ 평가는 체계 구축, 서비스 제공 우수사례, 읍면동 운영, 중앙기관 협력, 서비스 실적, 시범 운영 실적 등 8개 분야의 13개 지표로 진행됐다.
계양구는 12개 각 동 행정복지센터 찾아가는 보건복지서비스 전담팀에 간호직 공무원을 배치해 건강 취약계층 지원을 확대하고 있으며, 직원들의 직무 역량 강화와 민관 서비스 연계·협력 회의 활성화 등 다양한 노력을 기울여왔다.
