부천시에 따르면, 2025년 국민기초생활보장 선정 기준이 전년 대비 6.42% 인상(4인가구 기준) 되고, 특히, 생계급여 부양의무자 기준은 연 소득 1.3억 원, 재산 12억 원 이하로 완화돼 기초생활에 대한 보장성이 강화될 예정이다.
이에, 시는 고객상담콜센터 아웃바운드 제도를 통해 2025년 변경된 부양의무자 기준 적용 시 생계급여 지원이 가능할 것으로 예상되는 취약계층 100여 가구에 선제적으로 신청을 안내한다.
아울러 상세한 상담이 필요한 경우 동 복지팀을 직접 연계해 민원 편의를 도모한다.
