(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 9일부터 2025년 도당1지구 등 3개 지구(도당1, 소사1, 여월) 지적재조사 실시계획 수립에 대한 온라인 영상을 통한 주민설명회를 진행한다고 밝혔다.
부천시에 따르면, 지적재조사사업은 토지의 실제 현황과 일치하지 않는 지적공부의 등록사항을 바로 잡고 디지털 지적으로 전환하는 국가 정책 사업이다.
앞서 부천시는 2025년 지적재조사 사업지구로 도당1지구(도당동 187-46번지 일원), 소사1지구(소사본동 101-163번지 일원), 여월지구(여월동 226-1번지 일원) 등 3개 지구 232필지(84,557㎡)의 실시계획을 수립했다.
시는 실시계획 수립을 시작으로 온라인 주민설명회를 개최하고, 사업시행자인 원미·소사·오정구청장은 토지소유자의 3분의 2 이상 동의를 얻어 부천시장에게 사업지구 지정을 신청해야 한다.
온라인 주민설명회는 사업지구 현황 및 지적재조사사업의 종합적인 설명 등을 담아 영상으로 제작됐다.
주민설명회 영상은 유튜브 채널(‘부천시 지적재조사’ 검색)에 접속하거나 큐알(QR) 코드를 촬영하는 간편한 방법으로 시청할 수 있다.
또한 관내 거주하는 토지소유자와 온라인 주민설명회를 이용하기 어려운 토지소유자에게는 직접 찾아가서 설명하는 현장 중심의 ‘찾아가는 주민설명회’를 실시한다.
